Child Safety Standards

Rehoboth.ai (ABN 28 670 625 125) operates the Church.IQ platform. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all users, including minors aged 13+ who use the app to participate in church ministry activities. These standards describe how we protect minors from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

1. Scope of Minor Usage

Church.IQ permits users aged 13 and older to access the mobile app under the following conditions:

• Accounts are provisioned by a church administrator (minors cannot self-register to the app)
• Minors may view rosters, announcements, events, and ministry schedules
• Minors may not make financial transactions; giving features are restricted to adults
• No direct messaging between members is permitted on the platform

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Church.IQ:

• Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAE)
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors in any form
• Sharing, uploading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any communication designed to facilitate harmful real-world contact with a minor

3. Platform Design Safeguards

Church.IQ is designed to minimise risk to minors by construction:

• No peer-to-peer messaging: the platform does not allow direct member-to-member messaging, eliminating a primary grooming vector
• Admin-controlled access: all accounts are provisioned by a church administrator; no open registration
• No public profiles: member data is visible only within a church's authenticated environment; there are no publicly discoverable user profiles
• No user-generated public content: members cannot post content visible to the general public
• Minor status flag: administrator accounts include a minor status indicator to help churches manage appropriate access for under-18 members

4. Reporting Mechanisms

If you encounter content or behaviour that may violate these standards or endanger a child:

• Contact us: Email contact@church-iq.com — we respond to all safety reports within 24 hours
• Report CSAM to authorities: Lodge a report with the NCMEC CyberTipline or contact your local law enforcement
• Australia: Report to the eSafety Commissioner

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving the safety of minors.

5. Data Handling for Minors

• We do not sell or share minor user data with third parties for advertising purposes
• Minor account data is accessible only to that church's authorised administrators
• Church administrators are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent for minors in accordance with applicable law
• Church.IQ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13

6. Enforcement

Violations of these standards will result in:

1. Immediate suspension of the offending account
2. Preservation of relevant evidence
3. Mandatory reporting to NCMEC and relevant authorities where legally required

7. Alignment with External Standards

Our child safety approach is informed by and aligned with the following external frameworks:

• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)
• Australian eSafety Commissioner
• Google Play Child Safety Policy
